LETS MEET OUR AMARILLO TEAM! (Trey, Shanda, Richard, & Emma)
Trey Bates (Owner / Trainer) – Trey started training in 2018 and opened Bomb City K9 in July of 2019, he is just a good ol country boy from Boise City Oklahoma with a love for dogs and a passion for what he does. Trey has worked with some of the most difficult behavioral cases in this area and continues to devote much of his time and attention to the work he loves! Trey caringly guides each trainer and provides an effective training environment for the success of each pup that becomes family here at Bomb City K9 Training.
Shanda Bates (Owner / Trainer)- Shanda assisted with the opening of BCK9 and while working in another field has over the years, assisted on and off with the work done at Bomb City K9. In September 2021 Shanda was able to devote her full attention to assisting Trey with the family business as it grows. Shanda now devotes her time to training and handling day to day operations within the facility while getting to work with and love, the pups of BCK9!
Richard Herrian (Trainer) – Richard joined the BCK9 team in July of 2019 and has been with Bomb City K9 since it began. Growing up on a ranch Richard is no stranger to animals and found a passion for training dogs. Richard continues to show his enjoyment for the job by providing love and respect for the animals he works with.
Emma Bates (Junior Trainer) – Emma started to learn to train at Bomb City K9 upon it’s opening in 2019. She has since become a valuable member of BCK9 assisting during weekends and her days off. Emma’s compassion and patience with the pups she assist our trainers with is endless.
BCK9 Lubbock Trainer / Bridget Rodriquez
Bridget has been a valued member of BCK9 since June of 2021 and shows compassion and love for each pup she works with. She joined the team with a love for dogs and interest for training, and has been helping families with their fur babies for BCK9 every since.
While with Bridget, your pup will get to experience an in-home type training in which they begin to learn boundaries, and mannerism you would love to see in your own home.
